Abbaye de Saint-Mathieu

The abbey on the pointe Saint Mathieu is in ruins, its ribbed vaults open to the winds, and framing the semaphore. Outside the church, a sculpted stone reminded me of the warriors in Nausicaä of the valley of the wind.

L’abbaye de la pointe Saint-Mathieu est en ruines, ses ogives sont ouvertes au vent et encadrent le sémaphore. À l’extérieur de l’église, une pierre sculptée m’a rappelé les guerriers de Nausicaä de la vallée du vent.
